Hi there! My name is Ines. Allow me to introduce myself.

My journey as a therapist has been shaped by a deep passion for helping others and a profound belief in the power of human connection. From an early age, I was drawn to understanding the complexities of human emotions and the stories that shape our lives. This curiosity led me to pursue a qualification in counselling, where I trained in the person-centred approach. This method resonated with me because it prioritises empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, nurturing environment.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each bringing their unique experiences and challenges. This exposure has deepened my understanding of the human experience and reinforced my commitment to providing a compassionate space for healing. I believe that every individual has the potential to grow and transform, and it is my role to support them on this journey.

In my practice, I strive to create an atmosphere of trust and openness, where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves without fear of judgment. I understand that many people carry burdens that can feel overwhelming, and it is an honour to be part of their journey toward self-discovery and healing. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing upon various therapeutic techniques to facilitate their growth. This flexibility allows me to adapt to the specific circumstances and goals of those I work with, ensuring a personalised experience.

As I continued my journey, I developed a special interest in neurodiversity, particularly regarding Autism and ADHD. I recognise the importance of understanding and embracing neurodivergent experiences, and I am dedicated to providing a supportive environment for those navigating these challenges. Additionally, my experience working with the LGBTQ+ community has equipped me to create an inclusive and affirming space for clients to explore their identities freely.

Being bilingual and fluent in both English and Russian allows me to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I understand that cultural context plays a significant role in shaping one’s experiences and perspectives, and I strive to honour that in my practice. This cultural competence enhances the therapeutic relationship, allowing clients to feel understood and supported.

My own journey as a therapist is one of continuous learning and growth. I am committed to ongoing professional development, seeking out new knowledge and insights that enhance my practice. I believe that the therapeutic process is not just about helping others; it is also about self-discovery for me as a therapist. Each client teaches me something new, enriching my understanding of the human experience.

Ultimately, my journey as a therapist is rooted in a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. I am here to walk alongside my clients, providing the guidance, support, and empathy they need to navigate their unique paths. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for transformation, and I am honoured to be a part of each client’s journey toward healing and self-actualisation.
